Day before valentines.

I was busy today. I love being busy! I woke up and decided to make the cupcakes for the valentines party at school for Lexxi. Well... I had everything ready to bake and had the oven on and then it started smoking. A few days ago I had decided to clean the oven with an oven cleaner you leave on there for a night. Well I forget all about it. So the quick and easy cup cakes turned out to be A TON of work. I had to completely clean the oven before I could put them in side it. They turned out fine. So I set them aside for Lexxi and I to decorate after school. Then I took a shower and dressed for Chapel at SAGU. I took my Gigi with. It was music chapel and my aunts group, Ransomed was playing. I wanted to see if I could get a few more pics with the camera I was borrowing from the yearbook staff. I am trying to help them with a poster. After chapel we ate lunch in the cafeteria with my aunt Pat. I came home and dropped Gigi off then went out again to the school to drop the camera off. I have what I need. I think!??! Then Nick wanted some coffee cake so I made that for tea time and we had pilou (African Wedding rice) last night so I did the prep work. Lexxi came home and we did the cupcakes and put them aside. Cleaning up Nick ate some sugar sprinkles and just looked at me with surprise. I said what? He said K these are peppermint. I didn't even look I was just looking for red and pink sprinkles. I didn't know that they would be so powerful! HAAHAA. Those poor kids. They are in for a punch. powerful peppermint punch! We went to the park for an hour to let the kids get out their energy. The days have been so beautiful. Nick and I sat and played a card game. I won. :) then back home to put on the rice. Dinner was so good and we all had full tummies. I am so thankful the kids try many kinds of food but mostly that they love African food. Well I am ready for tomorrow. :)

The colors. It is just too easy in America to make stuff.
