Our EC meeting. These are the people that determine weather we qualify. My heart was pounding when we went in. I was sure it was going to pop out of my chest! But everything went smoothly and it was just over before we knew it. I think I expected more out of it than what happened. Which is good in a way. Aunt Linda is always so sweet. She really made me feel more at ease. Lets see... going around the table was Tidwell, McClafin's, Turney's, Freisens, Lee's, Maddux, and Butrin.
After the meeting things were pretty normal. We did get to hang out with some old friends and also some new ones. One couple we really enjoyed our time with was the McCarthy's. They will be there this summer for SOM and PFO. We spent a lot of our time drinking coffee at the coffee Ethic, Panera and Nonnas.
I came home Saturday and it was so good to see the kids. I think I was in shock... having to get used to them not being there and then getting used to being with them again. Life without them is just not as fun. Being gone a week was just sooo long. We went to walmart after they picked me up. Mom had to return something HA. I think we were there an hour!! ;) Anyway this is what Gigi and the kids did while mom was running around.
