This last week....

The kids have been patiently waiting their shosho (grandmother in Kikuyu) to come for a visit. So we have been filling up these beautiful days with things to do.

Eating oatmeal!

This weekend was a crazy one, but it was fun. Nick had a service many hours away on a saturday night. We left saturday afternoon to the hotel in Burleson. The kids and I stayed there and Nick drove on to his meeting. He came back to the hotel late that night. We had a service in Burleson that next day at Harvest Assembly. It was really good. We were really thankful we could be there all together. We went for lunch to Rosa's with Dale and Gilda Shorter, Marty and Tamra Douglas and Willard Grisbee.
Later Nick and I hung out at Mc Donalds for the kids to play until our next meeting at 5. We played cribbage for almost 3 hours!! We had a convention at with the cullvers at Living Hope Church, we had a great time and then we picked up mom that night at 7:30. The kids were happy she was here but fell asleep on the drive home.

It was a very nice hotel.
