Sometimes it is good to not say NO when you are asked to do something that is not you! It can be a time of stretching and growing. I am not a public speaker, or a teacher really. I have had no practice in that arena. I did say yes to speak at Bethanie Skippers dorm of girls one Monday night. I was excited for the opportunity, I tried and that is the most important thing... is to just get out there... out of my comfort zone. Just wish I had started with a different crowd. One that was a little smaller! :0) I am sad that I wasn't as good as I had hoped to be. Practice makes perfect though. It was Beth's birthday and it was obvious that her girls love her. I am so proud of how well my friend is being used by the Lord. Thank you Beth for giving me my first step, hope your not out anything because of me! ;0)
