Lexxi was in a play. It was a fun night. She did really well.

Only in Africa would it not be such a big deal that the power goes out and you are setting up cars to shine their lights on the theatre to see! :)

Action scenes. She is such a good singer. I love her voice, just as good as her fathers!!

Cutie.

The shirt we bought her and gave to her at dinner. We had Chinese because that was the only thing that was open. It was good.

Friday, lexxi and Layla come up to me after assembly and ask if it would be ok if Layla comes for the night. So after running around, getting permission from her parents and a phone number (who I never met) she comes home with us for both nights. It was fun having her. She is such a polite little girl. Her mom is British and her dad is Kenyan.

Sat morning they were just playing outside.

Saturday they played on the slip and slide. They got so sore!!! :)

Saturday night we went to help a friend of ours set up for a young life group of 51 kids. She was feeding them. It was but one stop in their busy schedule of entertainment for the night. We were there late. It was fun just helping and hanging out with the Haynes. The kids had a blast.

Sunday at church we met up with Steve and Joy from Iringa. They run riverside camp. Joy is prego!! :) They stayed with us for the one night. But that night we had to be at Braeburn for Carols by candlelight. Lexxi was singing. We also dropped Layla off with her mom that night. It was fun getting to catch up with Steve and Joy. We might see them next year in Iringa.

Here is us looking at sale adds!! :) Thank you Susan Love for sending them to us. We all had a good look. It looked so wierd seeing them on my table in Africa! lol
