Dentist office in Nairobi. We drove up on Friday for an afternoon appointment. We had our X rays of our teeth done for our medical requirements. I thought they were freakishly cool.
Ethan's mouth at 8 years old.
K's teeth.
Lexxi's teeth at 10.
Nick's teeth.

Hampton Guest house. A very easy comfortable place to stay. We stayed there Friday night but drove early in the morning out to Kijabe hospital for an appointment with Dr. Bird. Friday night we got to have dinner with RVA and Mombasa childhood friend Angela Canfield Cantinella and her husband Matt. They are visiting from Uganda and she was adorably pregnant! Babies due this week. :) (written in October)

After my appointment we met up with Katie and Kaleb and had lunch with them, then headed out to malaywa.

In Naivasha for a touch rugby match my brother was in.

The "LAME" jumping castle. lol But even though they thought so they played all day on it!!

Nick and I in the club house.

The RVA team. I only know a few of these guys, Kevin my bro, Mr. Adkins, Mr. Arensen, and Chris Wade.

Monday morning I went in for surgery. Was in the hospital for 2 nights then spent the rest of the sore week recovering in Malaywa at my brothers house. Miriam (my sister in law) was great with the kids and helped us out so much.

Good hospital, great missionary doctors! Dr. Bird.

One of my RVA roomies came to visit me. Bethany Greene Gonzalez now works at rift. She brought me chai and pumkin muffins!! It was so sweet of her.

Heading out... We had to meet with the dr. before we left Kenya and it was senior store day. Lexxi, Micah, Andrew and Aron Hoghving were hanging out watching Kaleb play soccer. Top picture is of Katie with Laura Hoghving and Larissa Ness. We got to see many friends around that day but we were not impressed with senior store. I think it was the worst food wise I have ever been present for. They ran out of donuts, and no one got their orders filled for food for over an hour of placing it. I felt bad for them but so very hungry! The Korean food was delicious and fast. :)
We headed back to Nbo where Nick dropped us off for me to sleep and got lost on his way to a meeting with the boss. The next morning we headed back to Arusha.
