Thanksgiving a week late.

We have had Melissa and Raphael Ruesch in with us for a week and a half. We knew her at SAGU and he went to CFNI. They have been to so many places around the world and were looking into getting a job here but felt this wasn't it. She got rehired in Switzerland during their time here so they changed their tickets and left on Friday, last week. It was... an interesting time. Nice to hear about old friends!

Raphi and Mel.

Nick and I made thanksgiving dinner, Even thought it wasn't on the actual day. :) We did it simple this year... homemade pumkin pie, apple crisp and Chocolate mud pie cake. Turkey, squash, green beans and mashed potatoes with gravy. And lots of cranberry sauce!! It was delicious I love Turkey!!!

Its not very autumnish but I love these plates and never really get to use them so we did! lol

Setting the table.

The buffet table, food and then deserts.

We ate late so the kids could join us so we started at 4:30. Nick had put up the christmas tree that day so the kids decorated it after dinner. Then we all watched the incredibles! It was just a nice relaxing evening.

Christmas tree up.

Chillaxing on the couches.
