Monday, mom and I headed east to visit my dad's parents. It was a drive but an ok one. We picked up my grandmothers sister Filena on the way and enjoyed the afternoon eating, chatting and shopping.

posing with the grands. I had a good visit. It was sad to see the house next door empty though. My grndpa's brother passed away a few weeks ago and the house was theirs. It is just sad when things change and people move away. It was good to see the Smiths though. They love the Lord so much and are always just so joyful... the kind that can wear off on you! It was good to be with you for the afternoon! Love y'all.
