Update.

Well just to fill you in on that little story... It was two teenage girls who dropped the dogs off. They found the dogs around our hood and then just dropped them off here. After I called the police I called the ESPCA. The owner of the dogs were there. she was crying. She described them to me and so I told her to come by. She lives right down the street. Told the kids she would reward them with a mc D's gift card. I was happy to see the pups go. Not my kind of dog and its not exactly the right time for us to be pet owners. However if I had not found the owner I would have found one I am sure. Working on updating. Hope I still have some interested readers even after our long pause. My mother has been visiting so things have been so out of normalcy. :)
