Sunday at OAKS.
The kids were with me in Service because they didn't want to go to the kid service. Lexxi did so well but Ethan.. he was a different story! It was a good message on faith. After that we went to the Evergreen Buffet. It was good. Looks a little run down now than it used too but the food was good.
This was a whole Octopus!!!
And Lexxi ate it! YUCK. I love Calamari but the whole thing???!! no thanks. She couldn't eat it all. I put it on her plate because I thought it looked funny.

Sunday afternoon.
The Poster the kids made and the letter Lexxi wrote to nick on the computer. She had a lot to say but she just couldn't put it on paper fast enough so she cut it short. And the little gift she wanted to buy for daddy... to match his brief case! so thoughtful.
Memorial Day... There was no parade today so I took the kids to the park. We came home, got out bikes and went for a ride to the base ball field at SAGU and we played a little game! Ethan rocks at hitting and Lexxi rocks at pitching! Then we rode home, played in the water and the kids watched tv until everyone got here for dinner. The were tired. Nick was coming in late but I wanted to make sure they were asleep so I could have him all to myself!
We had a cookout in the back yard. TX is getting HOT!
