Second Stop... Springfield MO.

The kids LOVED PFO and SOM. They had an awesome time being with friends and doing fun things. They had a great schedule and the MK office did a great job of keeping them occupied. They went to sleep so well at night. This year it was back on CBC campus. It is nicer than it was at Evangel but a lot smaller set up for our meetings. We were a little tired of living in the dorms and eating cafeteria food but it was fun hanging out with everyone. We saw old friends and met new ones. It just did not seem long enough!!

Cafeteria food... "Do I really have to eat this?"
Fine.

In the cafe.

Our PFO meetings. There is Hennie and Shelly with Cory.

Donovan Jones bought us the phone hookups since Nick's phone was dead. So sweet of him!

This was Ethan's chief and tribe.

This was Lexxi's tribe. Chief Amani, Niki, lexxi, Karlee and Christina.
DDEA- Diamond Dolphin Eagle Angels.

Hennie and Shelly. I went to RVA with Shelly, they are now living in Madagascar.

We went to Indian... and it wasnt as good as we had hoped. :(

Lexxi before she got sick.

Went to the movies to watch Wall e. It classifies as a silent film. Had a good moral but not what I was expecting. Many kids coming out of the theater were a little taken back. It wasn't Pixars best work!

Lexxi started throwing up on the way home. Indian is not the best thing to eat before you get sick. Poor girl threw up 24 times that night. It eventually turned into dry heaving But we were both so tired from being awake so much that night that I stayed in the room with her on Sunday while Nick and Ethan went to the early service at Central. Sunday afternoon we just hung out near the pond at CBC under the trees. One of my favorite things to do. We walked in a stream and fed bread to the fish. It was a beautiful day and she started to feel better! So many people got sick. So many people were vomiting and having diarrhea, some even had fever... but it was very contagious. Ethan got it a few days later.

It looked like a road in the bush of Africa.

The geese.

The pond where the boys fished and were we fed them!

Ethan and I.

Walking in the stream.

So pretty.

Wrestling. Lexxi and I were laughing. She wasn't feeling so good.

So precious.
