School days...
Nick was away this last week a couple days, so I had to arrange to pick up the kids. One day my aunt let me borrow her car. So after I picked the kids I went to drop it off at the campus and visited my friend Beth. We hung out with her for most of the afternoon. The kids love her so much. We walked home, since the school is not far at all away from the house.

I love thrift stores. I love digging for the good stuff. I don't like the really organized ones that are color coordinated, just looks too expensive. I just like piles of stuff and going through it, esp if I have the time. ANYWAYS... so I got Nick to just take me by there for just a few mins this morning before going to grap a bite to eat and I found some awesome toys. The kids were so excited. 6 dollars total: for a space ship that makes noise and has lights, roller skates, Dove gift samples...12 of them, star wars action figures, earings, space ship model that you put together... brand new! and an iron together craft thing for lexxi. I thought it was a great find. The kids had a great time, it is in a warehouse but it is like a gigantic garage sale! It was fun. Nick stayed in the car and waited. He is not as fond of other peoples junk as I am! lol
We grabbed Chicken express and headed off to the park. While we were there we got a phone call and had some amazing friends visit, the Burrs. We borrowed Ralynn for a while. Lexxi loved having her over!So glad we finally got to see each other.

That is the week for you... Nick has been gone and the days seem to be getting a little more laid back for me anyway, since I have to be here to pick up the kids. Nick has been at all the meetings all over N. TX. Support is coming in, God has been so faithful! Thanks for your prayers. Have a great week.
