So Monday rolls around Nick and I dropped the kids off at school. headed into town with the dogs to take to the vet and Nick to drop me at school. It took an hour and a half to get to school fighting traffic. It's just insane! Nick drops me and heads to the vet, runs some errands then drops the car off back at the school and gets picked up and taken to Dodoma for a meeting. All the missy men are there this week. So after school. I cried. lol. (It was so depressing to be back in the classroom again and feel so dumb. Laurie K is going through it again just to nail it down good. So it is nice to have a friend in class. Also a finnish couple, Surku and Daniel are also attending.) I then went to pick up the dogs which have a skin infection that is supposedly normal for Dar and took them to school to pick up the kids. They vommited in the car so it stunk so bad!
That night... I had a headache from learning I guess... lol but the electricity went off at 1-4am. And there was a cow mooing as if in labor outside our gate... the WHOLE night. Then E came up to my room and told me he was getting mosi bites so I let him in my mosi net with me, until he woke up and had wet MY bed!!! AGGHH. I was so tired, had a headache, hot and couldnt sleep well and was going to have to be up early. I was not happy. Poor boy. I told him he is old enough to stop wetting the bed and so he needs to go and clean himself up this time. So when I woke up in the morning I felt so bad for not helping him I went to his room and apologized for last night... and he said its ok mom... I love you. SO SO SWEET. But I got the sleep I needed and I am a better mom because of it! school is going better now too.

HAPPY BIRTHDAY ETHAN!!
Today... Thursday is Ethan's birthday. He is six!! I cannot believe how time flies! I took 24 cupcakes to school today for his class to enjoy his birthday with him. It was my first attempt to make homemade icing.... lol so granulated! He was so excited I felt for his teacher. :) We will party later when I figure out where and when to do a pirate theme! Thank you to all of those who called Ethan... he felt really special.
After I dropped off the cakes I went to bible study, it was lovely. I met some wonderful ladies. This group of ladies are from all walks of life, nationalities and are all in different stages of life. I feel so encouraged after being there. One of the ladies got me a tourtoise. I think we will start the collection. So I had it in the car with me after study.
I went and had a massage. Sub-conciously I think I needed some pampering. After all, 6 years ago I did have an almost 9 pound baby! lol (Hey I will use any excuse if it can give me one!) I felt so wonderful after that. An hour massage for $15 dollars!
What is funny is when I parked I had the tortoise in the car so I took it out and asked the gaurd(of the hotel) to watch my tortoise. He was like ? he laughed so hard when he saw I was serious! He thought it was funny that a white lady in a big hard top was driving around a tortoise! I COULDN'T leave it in there!! So I tipped him when I left. He was happy. ;0) He will know me now. His name is Godson. My name will be mama cobe. mama turtle!
We all miss Nick but he will be home soon. Just a few more days... thankfully school is helping those days go a little faster! :0)
