Still mostly last week.

We have been doing a few home projects to get ready to try to teach people how to use simple cheap things in this area. These are panya (rat) traps to catch rats in that we are now using for lamp shades. They still need a little fabric but will give off a neat reflection when lit. We bought a whole bunch of quartz rocks on the side of the road one day for nothing but are looking for something to use them for. If you have any ideas email me.

Last Sunday was a mess. We got ready for church and were about to round everyone up when our landlord, next door wanted to talk with us. He was livid. he did not like us having a work table under the car port. He said it looked junky and that we needed to remove it from the property. He was so upset and yelling. We had salvaged the lockers and wood to make a work table from the renovating hotel across the street. Now that the lockers are painted white they look really nice. We thought the guys that work for us can come and fiddle with things here when they are off duty, it would give them somewhere to go and work on a project. There is nothing in our lease saying we are doing anything illegal or wrong! We just decided to take the high road and keep the peace. So we moved it to the back where it is not so convient. :(
We have not see our landlord since but because he was yelling and not making any sense with what he was saying we really felt it was more of a spiritual thing.
Later we found out from a taxi guy that Miss Tanzania used to live in our house but moved because the landlord was so mean. :0)

Last night we were blessed to have the Ness's stay with us. They got in at 8 and we had dinner and talked till 11. It was hard to wake up this morning, but we got the kids off to school and I didnt want to leave them for my art class this morning but needed too. This is my little lantern... Today there was not so many of us. I was sad. Only 4 ladies today. I was expecting so many more, because it was clay. But it was fun. Came home and had lunch with my hubby then headed back up to school to teach swimming. I had a great time teaching. I love it! Lexxi will be moving up into my group, because she is doing so well!! My little fish. Ethan's strokes are getting better too... he is trying really hard to keep that bum up! :0) We are all tired today. I am looking forward to bed tonight.
