Interhouse sports day, Wednesday.

The school has split up into 4 colors: Red (Kili) Blue (Lengai) Yellow (Meru) and green (Mawenzi). The kids are in Kilimanjaro house who won this sports day event!! Nick has been gone a lot, and one week he had the car so I could not come out at all. The school is really far out there. It was a cold day as we stood and watch the kids do their different sporting events. Lexxi came in 2nd place for 800m run and they both had obstical course and tug of war. They had an ok time. Lexxi is fitting in pretty well and already has so many friends. I think Ethan is having a harder time enjoying his time at school. :( Anyway here are some pics from the day.

Chanting for Kilimanjaro!

Running the 800m first place is one of lexxi's best friends, Layla.

tug of war and lexxi hugging Shannia.

Ethan in line for the obstical course. Nailed it. :)

2 of many parents that showed to support. :)

On the way home we stopped in at Shanga Shanga. This is an example of something we want to start on the other side of town within our church. This place helps support people with dissabilities. We also met a fellow TAG member who might play a very instrimental part in it all. Was just really exciting to think about.

On our way home we stopped to pick up some money and grabed a bite to eat. It was such a chili day that a cup of hot water with lime and tomato soup went down perfectly. We ran some errands then went back home for Nick to finish some office work.
