Pieces from a week.

We have all enjoyed having Naomi Simpson with us for the last five weeks. She has been a great help in so many areas. I think she has spoiled me for all future other volunteers. It was a good time. Thank you Naomi for giving a month with us!

The kids liked to play DS with her, I found her sandwiched inbetween them. :)

One afternoon before the rains started... the kids could see the dark sky and so in excitement went and got their swimming stuff and gum boots on. Ya... it never rained that day. :(

Afternoons are beautiful to just get out the blankets and lay on the lawn... the dogs like it too!

We went to Shanga again, to see what else we need to help the kiln. It just isn't melting right. We got to meet Miko. A man who built one of the first kilns and fire blowing places in Europe. He was out here helping shanga. Really cool man, and gave Nick some help. Hopefully things will start coming together.

Dolphi and Gillaguen. Really fun couple. They live out by lake Eyesi. They work among the Toge people. They are joining the TAG. They were in Arusha one day so we met them out for a bite. We will be going out to visit them on the 13th of Dec. Pics to come.

Naomi helping me buy and put together the staff Christmas buckets.

Shopping for sinks, showers, and toilets for the new guest house. This is our home depot!! The guest house should be completely ready by Feb. (I hope)
