Well we have found a home here in Tageta tz... is is an hour drive to town. We feel that we are here for now for a reason, still praying for Zanzibar but will be doing things on the Island soon. Our area is heavily saturated in witch craft but we all know we serve a God who is grater than any devil! We have had some spooky things happen in our new home and all the missionaries came out to pray over our house one night. But Praise the Lord we are all ok. Since we have been here so many thing have happend that seem to want to throw us off course. We WILL stay the course, God is on our side.
In the picture above is our house, our local village market, our dogs, and one of our churches. Our kids are really enjoying going to church every Sunday. They love the kids.
I get fresh milk from the cow and simmer it. All veggies from the market, eggs, bread and sodas from a local duka... and then meats and everything else I have to go into town. God has been so good to us. The little things that matter so much he provides! I have a freezer now, a big one thanks to WM's! Also my parents gave us their old dryer, which is such a blessing just to nuke the laundry after drying on the racks for a while. (saves electricity but you still get that dryer feeling!) We praise the Lord for all his blessings. For those of you who pray for us, may He bless you in a special way today too. :)
